When the tomato becomes pasta: water and durum wheat semolina are hand-kneaded before being extruded layer by layer using 3D-printing technology, gradually taking the shape of the majestic Oxheart tomato, one of Italy's most prized heirloom varieties. Its voluptuous curves promise indulgence, turning the generous abundance of nature into a soft edible sculpture bursting with vibrant color. Pomodoro 3D proudly displays the deep red hue of a perfectly ripe tomato, crowned with a bright green stem. Every color comes exclusively from natural ingredients, including radish, carrot, black pepper, spirulina and lemon, and is completely flavorless.

 

 

Preparation

Preparing it couldn't be easier. Simply cook it in boiling water for 12 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove it from the water and place it upside down on a clean kitchen towel to absorb any excess moisture. Then all that's left is to fill and decorate it however you like. Because the real surprise lies inside.
