Artisia’s Anniversary

Un anno di Artisia

Complex geometric formulas, intricate algorithmic combinations, three-dimensional arabesques with hypnotic charm: this is Artisia, the only 3D-printed pasta in the world.

Milan, March 12, 2026

In just one year, Artisia has entered everyday life, becoming increasingly familiar. The simplicity of the gesture, the freedom of use, its ability to awaken the senses and curiosity, and its innate talent for extending pleasure have made Artisia the creator of a new way of experiencing food. Food to be lived: an accomplice to convivial moments, intimate tête-à-têtes, playful parties, sophisticated aperitifs, and moments dedicated to oneself. This first anniversary marks an important recognition of Artisia’s expressive language, now appreciated by chefs and bartenders who value its potential, its adaptability across different preparations, its wide range, and the possibility of creating bespoke formats. In a single bite, Artisia says so much; it is magnetic, edible poetry that resonates through the hands, the thoughts, and the talent of chefs and mixologists. A year has passed since the rebranding that transformed BlueRapsody into Artisia: a shift in identity that goes beyond aesthetics, deeply embracing the values of art and craftsmanship. A journey reflected in every stage of the process, from dough preparation to delicate packaging.

Black Spaghetto 3D

To celebrate this anniversary, Artisia’s iconic format, the Spaghetto 3D, takes on an elegant new look: presented in a total black version, 100% natural. A 6.2-meter-long strand coils onto itself, thanks to 3D printing, creating calibrated micro-sized sculptures whose loops hold just the right amount of sauce for a perfectly balanced taste that captivates and envelops the palate. The spaghetto thus seems to transform into another material altogether, starting with the way it is eaten, picked up with the fingers, and extending to the discovery of new consistencies, textures, and colors. Empathic.

AlTatto

Sara Nicolosi and Cinzia De Lauri are the creators behind Artisia’s anniversary dinner. Highly skilled chefs with strong personalities, fearless in exploring new paths and grounded in their expertise, they have interpreted the multifaceted nature of 3D-printed pasta. New dimensions, new emotions. Forms suspended between strength and delicacy; textures that are rich, rippled, intertwined, or smooth; diverse cooking techniques; and the evocative power of each creation have given rise to a menu capable of enriching the sensory experience. A perceptual experience that differs for each guest, as it should, filtered through personal history, individual identity and sensitivity, and the moment being lived. For this reason, after each course, guests were invited to express their sensations and emotions through a word, a sketch, a sentence, a symbol, a song, or even an idea, an inspiration, or a new perspective.
