Toast the almonds for a few minutes, stirring often, until golden brown. Cut the chicken into cubes, coat it in flour, and brown it in a pan with EVO oil, stirring frequently until a light crust forms.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 12 minutes and drain, removing the cooking water from the inside of the shapes (place them upside down on a clean towel).

Stuff Fagottino 3D with the almond chicken and garnish with some toasted almonds.
