Cut your cherry tomatoes in half, place them on a baking tray and season
with EVO oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 140° degrees
for about two hours. When the cherry tomatoes are wilted, you can take them out
of the oven. Prepare a prawn tartare by slicing them using a knife and then
season with oil, salt and pepper. Clean the leek roots, dry them carefully and
fry them in plenty of oil.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, then drain all
cooking water from the shapes (you can place them on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Spaghetto 3D with your burrata cheese, place the prawn tartare and
cherry tomato confit at the centre and decorate with your fried leek roots.
