Boil your broccoli florets and drain them when still al dente, then put them in a frying pan with a little oil and a clove of garlic. Season with salt. Slice your black olives into thin strips and chop your anchovy fillets and fresh chilli pepper into small pieces.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes, then drain all cooking water from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Xmas with your sautéed broccoli florets, add your olives, anchovies and fresh chilli pepper to taste.
