Artisia and ADI DESIGN INDEX 2025

Artisia e ADI DESIGN INDEX 2025

Spaghetto 3D Artisia selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory and competing for the 2026 Compasso d’Oro Award.

Milan, October 16, 2025

Spaghetto 3D Artisia, the 3D-printed designer pasta brand, has been selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory — a comprehensive, up-to-date, and strategic viewpoint on design and its cultural, social, and economic values. Like all the products featured in the ADI Design Index 2025, which highlights the best examples of contemporary Italian design, Spaghetto 3D will compete in the 2026 Compasso d’Oro Award in the Food Design category.

The new edition of the ADI Design Index will be presented in Milan from October 16 to 30 at the ADI Design Museum, and in Agrigento from November 12 to 28, 2025, at the Palacongressi.

Spaghetto 3D by Artisia

Parametric design applied to artisanal pasta. Inspired by the gesture traced by a fork twisting to wrap spaghetti, the 3D-printed pasta nest by Artisia recreates and expands the tasting experience. Few words suffice for a product that is, above all, a bold, empathetic, and profoundly substantial project. Researchers, engineers, artisans, designers, storytellers, and — of course — “good forks” came together to create Artisia, the brand of 3D-printed artisanal pasta. Among the many multifaceted shapes created by Artisia, Spaghetto 3D stands out as the one that immediately expresses the rediscovery of the pasta archetype through a revolutionary design. Cavities, twists, and textures engage in dialogue with the palate, offering a completely new sensory perception.
