The collaboration between Artisia and Italia Squisita, the editorial project that celebrates high-end Italian cuisine, continues. For 2025 as well, Artisia is the official food partner of their exclusive events, curating the opening aperitif with unique recipes crafted by renowned chefs and paired with signature cocktails.
At each stop — hosted in breathtaking venues such as historic villas, noble palaces, and panoramic terraces — Artisia’s 3D pasta becomes a living material in the hands of the chefs, interpreted in ever-new shapes and flavors to narrate Italian cuisine in a contemporary and theatrical language.
2025 Events (So Far)
Two events have already taken place:
Rome, Palazzetto Hassler
- Lele Usai created a surprising Marinara Mussels with Artisia’s 3D Mussel pasta.
- Pierluigi Gallo took the audience on a journey with 3D Spaghetti “from Naples to Rome”.


Milan, Palazzo Cordusio
- Sara Nicolosi & Cinzia Di Lauro presented the Ovo
- Alex and Vittorio Manzoni (Osteria degli Assonica) offered a new creation using blown Wind, highlighting both form and substance.
