Carefully clean the prawns and let them marinate in your citrus fruit juice (a mix is also fine). In the meantime, prepare a pesto sauce by blending baby spinach,
caprino cheese and almonds. Add salt to taste.

Cook your pasta in boiling salted water for 13 minutes and then drain all cooking water
from the shapes (place them upside down on a clean tea towel).

Stuff Petal with your baby spinach pesto and add your marinated and dried
prawns.
