Artisia Debuts at Milan Design Week: 3D Pasta Between Art, Design, and Flavor
A new vision of pasta — sculptural, surprising, multisensory — arrived at Fuorisalone. Artisia, the first 3D-printed pasta, made its official debut during Milan Design Week 2025, choosing the renowned 5VIE district as its stage.
From April 7 to 13, Artisia took part in the exhibition Prendete & Mangiate, curated by 5VIE and Carolina Levi (Spazio Giallo), at Via Cesare Correnti 14. Its iconic shapes — sea urchins, cauldrons, and three-dimensional lasagne — starred on a communal table alongside works of art, engaging in an open dialogue between material, aesthetics, and intuition.
But Artisia is not just to be admired — it's also meant to be tasted. Throughout the week, Aperitivo d’Autore came to life at Tommasi Milano (Piazza Giovine Italia 2): a one-of-a-kind experience where 3D pasta finger foods were paired with signature cocktails in a playful mix of flavors, shapes, and textures, reimagining the very concept of food design.
Aperitivo d’Autore: A Journey Through Taste and Design
Following its debut in Milan, Artisia’s Aperitivo d’Autore format continues its journey through some of Italy’s most iconic cities, in collaboration with Santa Cocktail Club:
- Florence · May 21–25
- Rome · June 25–29
- Venice · September 24–28
- Naples · October 8–12 (location to be announced)
At each stop, Artisia’s 3D pasta will take center stage in a multisensory aperitif where food design, mixology, and creativity come together to deliver a refined, original, and unforgettable experience.
Follow Artisia to discover all the upcoming dates, taste pasta as you’ve never seen (or tasted) it before, and be inspired by a new form of gastronomic art.
